1. How "WIN IT! BOOST" works?

Pre workout "WIN IT! BOOST ”is a dietary supplement prepared for everyone who wants to fully start training in the gym. The ingredients contained in the product act in many stages on individual body functions.

  • Tri-Creatine Malate - is a creatine molecule associated with malic acid, which can partially reduce the feeling of bitterness when consumed. Creatine is a popular remedy that promotes increased strength and power during training, thanks to the support of cells in producing energy. Creatine is produced in the body, but its amount does not contribute to increasing muscle growth.

  • L-carnitine - is a compound produced in the body from methionine and lysine. It is a compound that can be acetylated to form acetyl L-carnitine (ALCAR), which more effectively crosses the blood-brain barrier. It has a nootropic character and is considered a pseudo vitamin. Acetyl-L-carnitine is usually used in agents that improve cognitive functions of the brain, it is also believed to be involved in the synthesis of acetylcholine. ALCAR may have a beneficial effect on blood pressure. When using L-carnitine, there is an increase in insulin sensitivity, the severity of symptoms also decreases in people with hepatic encephalopathy, it can also contribute to the increase of antioxidant enzymes. L-carnitine is converted in the mitochondria to carnitine groups, thus supporting their activity. This may help mitigate the decrease in mitochondria observed during ageing and excessive physical exertion. A compound is currently being studied for use in the treatment of Alzheimer's disease and elderly dementia.

  • Citrulline Malate - is a variety of citrulline, i.e. a compound derived from Citrullus vulgaris (Watermelon). Citrulline is an amino acid similar to L-ornithine and L-arginine. It is produced in the body in two independent processes, i.e. conversion of arginine to nitric oxide or in the process of nitrogen carbonization with the participation of L-glutamine carbon molecules. The latter process affects the amount of citrulline in red blood cells. Due to greater absorption in the intestines, it may contribute to an increase in the level of L-arginine in the body to a greater extent than in the case of supplementation with L-arginine. Citrulline malate in the amount of 6 g can contribute to an increase in the level of citrulline in the blood plasma by up to 173%, as well as to increase the initial strength and the growth of muscle tissue. Citrulline during exercise may also increase BCAA serum levels. L-citrulline may passively remain in the blood until it is used by the kidneys to produce L-arginine. It is generally accepted that increasing the level of L-arginine in the blood contributes to increasing cognitive functions of the brain. So if L-citrulline acts as a substitute for L-arginine, it may benefit from improving learning function.

  • Beta-alanine is the building block of carnosine, the molecule responsible for buffering acid in muscles and improving their performance during exercise. The main component of β-alanine and carnosine is meat and fish. Carnosine is a building block of skeletal muscle, but also of the heart muscle and the brain. Taking β-alanine increases the synthesis of carnosine in the body. This process depends on the amount available for beta-alanine synthesis. Beta-alanine supplementation is especially recommended in vegetarian and vegan diets as well as low-fat diets. Beta-alanine can reduce fatigue when exercising in situations of maximum exhaustion. It can also increase power gain during exercise. Beta-alanine appears to contribute to lean mass gain due to the currently unknown mechanism.

  • Cordyceps (Cordyceps Sinensis) is a fungus that feeds on Thitarodes moth larvae inhabiting the Tibetan plateau. Cordyceps is an extremely rare species of mushroom. It develops on its hosts only in the winter, when the larvae buried in the ground, being in a state of deep lethargy, are preparing for spring flooding. In Chinese medicine, it is used to treat sexual disorders and is also considered an aphrodisiac. Already in 1950, one of its species (Cordyceps militaris) discovered a substance whose name comes from the plant is Cordycepin. Because of its structural similarity, cordycepin has been recognized as a nucleotide analogue to adenosine. Cordyceps also contains bioactive polysaccharides that have antioxidant properties. It is believed that taking Cordyceps at a concentration of 100 mg/ml is able to improve kidney function and inhibit the process of kidney cell proliferation (production), and therefore, if excessive kidney cell proliferation is diagnosed, it can prevent kidney cancer. It can also affect the proliferation of breast, colorectal, bladder, and melanoma cancer cells. Cordyceps are thought to have anti-ageing properties.

  • Caffeine - is a substance obtained from coffee seeds and some plants (Camellia [Theine], Guarana [Guaranine], Cacao-tree, Yerba mate [Mateina]). This substance was discovered in 1819. Caffeine is a psychoactive substance because it acts on receptors in the brain. Caffeine can affect an increase in systolic blood pressure. It also increases oxidation in the body, affects the stimulation of the digestive tract and blood flow in the kidneys, thus allowing better filtration taking place in the glomeruli. Caffeine can also help increase blood pressure and adrenaline levels as well as increase fatty acid oxidation. It is a fully bioavailable substance for the body.

  • Black pepper is a spice used in many ailments such as gastrointestinal, oral and dental disorders.

    • Piperine - is a natural extract of black pepper. It may also contribute to increasing the bioavailability of other active ingredients (e.g. curcumin). It is used to slow down stomach emptying or to slow down digestion in the intestines. Piperine alone improves the production of pancreatic digestive enzymes and protects against oxidative damage by inhibiting or suppressing free radicals and reactive oxygen species. It also supports the body in protection during exposure to oxidative stress.

  • L-tyrosine - one of the endogenous amino acids that build muscle tissue. It is also one of the precursors of dopamine, adrenaline and noradrenaline. It is also worth noting that its production depends on the presence in the body of an essential amino acid, which is phenylalanine.

  • Black pepper consists of unripe, dried and fermented fruits?

  • Cordyceps Sinensis grows in Tibet at an altitude of 3000 to 5000 meters above sea level and parasitizes the moth larva, causing its death and mummification, and then fruits.
