Withdrawal from the contract (and therefore also the return of goods) may take place within 14 working days of receipt of the shipment (received directly or received by a third party who is not a supplier) on the basis of the application form contained in the Annex to the Purchase Regulations. Products that have been opened or have expired due to their nature are not refundable.
The reimbursement is made no later than 14 days after notification of the seller to withdraw from the contract. The direct costs of returning the goods are borne by the buyer. Purchase refunds may be suspended until the seller receives a return shipment.
Returned goods should be returned at the expense of the buyer by traditional post or courier within 14 days of the seller confirming the withdrawal form. It is recommended to pack the goods safely so that the product is not damaged. If the seller receives damaged packaging, he may waive the refund. The address is given in the regulations.
The exchange is subject to goods that are not damaged according to the return policy. The product can be exchanged for the same or another one available in the store. In the event of a difference in price resulting from the value of another product, an additional fee must be paid, and in the case of a lower price, the amount will be refunded depending on the amount of product purchased.
Complaints may be submitted by e-mail to the address firstname.lastname@example.org or in writing to the address of the Seller.
The complaint should include:
Photo confirming checking the goods in the company of a courier
A photo revealing a product defect
Order number and data resulting from the complaint form
The time of considering the complaint is influenced by:
completeness of documents
substantive assessment of the application
The order should be sent back to one of the possible shipping routes (courier, Polish post office) to the address indicated in the regulations. Shipping costs will be charged to the Seller based on payment arrangements with the Customer.
The seller may reject the complaint procedure if:
The goods delivered to the seller were not properly secured in the shipment.
If all complaint documents are missing and will not be delivered within 5 days of filing the complaint In
